55 minute Session

I am comprehensively trained in classical pilates and all pilates apparatus. studio wren is equipped with a cadillac, reformer, chair and ladder barrel. i stay grounded in the 6 Principles of Pilates- Concentration, Control, Center, Precision, Fluidity and Breath, while incorporating creative contemporary exercises into each session for a full body workout.

Each session is tailored to meet your goals! Pilates is a system that emphasizes core strength, balance, posture and mobility for any person of any age and ability.

Private or Semi-Private yoga

55 Minute Session

I teach Vinyasa yoga, emphasizing breathwork and proper alignment. I provide and include props to increase space, support and stability throughout the practice.

Your yoga session can be a powerful strong flow, a restorative meditation focused experience or a little bit of both. Whether this is your first time on a yoga mat or a practice you have had for years I will tailor the experience to help you feel stronger and more flexible in both mind and body.

  • Introductory Private Pilates or Yoga- $85

    First Semi-Private Session- $50 per person
